Healthy Eggnog Recipe

The holidays can seem like a torturous time if you’re trying to stay healthy. But notHealthy Eggnog Recipe this year!

Why? Because I’m here to tell you that YOU CAN DRINK EGGNOG for breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a snack!

Yippy! Yay! Happy Holiday!!

With the delicious Eggnog Smoothie recipe below, you can have it anytime you want and without guilt! Made with vanilla-flavored, unsweetened almond milk (high in magnesium, potassium, and vitamin E) and a healthy protein meal replacement mix (proper balance of good fats, healthy protein and good carbs)- it’s becomes a decadent smoothie you can enjoy for any meal.

Healthy Eggnog Recipe


  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored, unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla protein  (I use MySmart Plant Base )
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice
  • Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

*Makes one meal smoothie or two snack smoothies (so you can share if you dare).
