Healthy Eggnog Recipe

The holidays can seem like a torturous time if you’re trying to stay healthy. But notHealthy Eggnog Recipe this year!

Yippy! Yay! Happy Holiday!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored, unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

*Optional
Add vanilla protein powder to make as a meal 😉 (I use MySmart Plant Base )
Makes one meal smoothie or two snack smoothies (so you can share if you dare).
